Chief Technical Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CTO with a storied history in the technological sector. CTO's are tasked with making executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with their vision for its technological needs. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator and an expert in technological development.

You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

CTO Responsibilities:

  • Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
  • Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
  • Outline the goals for research and development.
  • Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
  • Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
  • Acting as a mentor to team members.
  • Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivering of IT projects to market.
  • Managing technology budgets and time frames.
  • Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
  • Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

CTO Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 8 years working in a technological role.
  • 5 years managerial experience.
  • Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.
  • Exceptional team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to delegate efficiently.
  • Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.

Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Description

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic 2 Digital Marketing Assistant to assist our busy marketing team. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and assisting with all related tasks. You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update the system database, create marketing literature, and foster strong relationships with our clients.

To ensure success as a Digital Marketing Assistant, you should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines. Ultimately, a top-level Digital Marketing Assistant provides valuable assistance to the marketing team and boosts the company image.

Digital Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Report to the CEO.
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys.
  • Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
  • Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
  • Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
  • Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.
  • Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
  • Building strong relationships with customers.
  • It is not essential that you would be proficient in all duties listed below as training will be provided, and some duties can be delegated to third-party contractors/freelancers. It is essential that you have all the skills listed below.

Digital Marketing Assistant Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or Relevent Experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
  • Proficient in MS Office and g-suite and marketing software.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
  • Understanding of advanced marketing principals.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of office management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.

You will create engaging written, graphics, and video content using the latest marketing technologies and social media.  You will implement innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services.

Office Location:

You will work from our office in brand new “The Greenery” building, 200m from Cebu IT Park. After a couple of months, you will have the option of working some days virtually/online. If you were to work from home, you would be required to have your own computer, webcam, and microphone with an internet connection. This vacancy is for a long-term position of 40 per week.
